Canton Festival of the Arts

Can’t wait for this one!  On May 15 and 16 from 10 – 5 both days, come to Brown park in downtown Canton for the Canton Festival of the Arts.  The centerpiece of the festival is the Artist’s Market with over 60 of the south’s most talented artists and craftspeople exhibiting their work.  This year is the second year the festival will include the Literary Celebration, which takes place from 11 – 5 on Saturday and from 1-5 on Sunday.  20-30 southern authors will share information about their books, how they got published, the writing process, and about themselves.  Other festival activities will include live entertainment, my friend Judy Bishop’s Serenity Garden, Camp Imagination with hands-on children’s art activities, a beer garden, free admission and free parking!  For more information and directions, click here.
